Anyone know what happened to Erich Zimmermann?
This Swiss guy was given a life sentence in Maldives for the possesion of three cannabis seeds in 1996

But I never heard what happened to him, and I can't find anything on the net. So I'm interested to know what happened to this poor guy. I will be fuc*ing annoyed if he is still in the slammer (will be amazed if he is though). Can anyone remember? Or can anyone give me a link? Can anyone enlighten me at all? Cheers
