When ever I smoke and work out it makes it alot more fun and interesting. Also after I max out that feeling of my muscles aching feels great. But I did notice I can't work out as long so I stick to lifting weights.

I like to smoke right before since I usually start out on the treadmill. I can run a lot longer when Im high because im not thinking about the pain

i always seem to be able to push myself harder when i'm lifting if i'm high, like it's not as painful or something - it also feels great to smoke right after a work out, you feel so "good and happy"
