NHL Playoffs

Its been a tradition for me all season to sit down with some subway, a slurpee and a joint to watch my canucks games. Who's following these playoffs??

Im hoping my Pens beat the Sens too bad Alfredsson is on fire and Fleury isnt stopping everything that he should

ive watched every game of that series, penguins are my favorite team in he east (though i have nothing against the sens). Hopefully they can even it up tomorrow.

not a big hockey fan, but I watch the Sharks when they're in the playoffs. game one a few nights ago was crazy, went to a second OT.

that islanders sabers series is interesting, islanders easily could have won that last one.
And second OT for the sharks...what about 4th OT for the canucks dallas game the same night...

I'm with you xe11, although the Canucks are my 2nd favourite team, I've been watching all teh Couver games, Cowan's goal may have been a series changer. I personally hate shootouts, another reasons why i love this time of year, OVERTIME!! I'm confident in my team with the best first line in the league, Alffredsson, Heatley, Spezza. Devils are up 1-0 5 minutes in, everyone in town seems to be in a better mood the next day when the OTTAWA SENATORS win playoff games. I'll be following Vancouver. hoping for bieksa and salo back, and try to prove the critics that the SENS don't have to choke!

I am a huge leafs fan but yeah this year and the last was horrible, I am just glad we got rid of Pat Quinn. But yeah for the Cup this year I am hoping Buffalo Vancouver final obviously i want the Canadian team to win. Yeah Loungo is an amazing, Best in the league. Go sabers And go Canucks.

GREGG ZAUN gone till June? NOOO Off topic but the injury list won't relent for my Jays.

The leafs had a terrible season but finished off great. My 2 tips, replace Raycroft, and keep Maurice as Head coach as long as possible.

I've never seen such lazy hockey until today's game in Detroit, teh Sharks were up 2-0, and teh Sharks didn't even fight one bit to keep the lead. WHat do you suggest teh Leafs do, SMOKEY MCPOTT, to ensure the Leafs as a playoff team for the 2008 season?

Well for one thing they have the highest paid defense in the League with McCabe, kablerle, Kubina, They have amazing forwords, Peca, Sundin, Tucker and Belak for fighting. There biggest problem is not being a physical team, When they had Quinn as there coach you notice there we're alittle more rough but there NEVER FORCHECKED with Mourice as there coach sometimes you notice about 2 forwards checking the one defender and thats how you make people make mistakes that you can take advantage of. I think maybe If anything they need the defense get rid of Kubina he's nothing. Trade he from a good draft pick or a nice rookie. He's to much money for what he's doing. Sundin also needs to get alittle more physical he has a build like Thorton and if he knew how to throw his body around it would help out alot. He's waht 33 or older he has to be at least that !

Vancouver needs to find a way to get rid of Naslund, he is nowhere close to a 6 million dollar player, he hasnt been since before the lockout. He's not a bad player but we just cant afford to pay him as much as we do its absolutely rediculous
