or just don't get drug tested. I've managed to avoid it for my entire life.

I still don't know how all of you kids get caught.

This was always sort of obvious. Any vitamin that makes you feel like your getting a sunburn is probably bad for you. Anything that you take 20x the standard dosage of is bad for you.

I don't know if we live in the same country but America's youth doesn't tend to heed to obvious warnings.

Excessive doses of anything can result in toxic side effects. I know someone who died from drinking too much water. If you're using niacin to beat a drug test, use it responsibly and you wont have a problem.
