Diff stoner personalities revolving around music??

I wanna kno, what kinda music do you like to listen to more when stoned?? Does it fallow your personality??

There are different kinds of stoners, diff kinds of music....A lot of my time being high involves music. My music tastes in general revolves around weed. I like trippy, ambient kinda music, sometimes club. Whatever makes me tripp out...Im a mellow stoner, but sometimes like a beat..

**what kinda saddens me is that a lot of my fellow stoners here where I live like to listen to R&B/rap music....it just kinda dampers my high. Dont get me wrong though, I like some rap, but I prefer listening to some chill music when Im stoned.......

This thread belongs in the Music Hall.

As far as what your saying, I listen to such a wide range of music so I would find it hard to compare my personality to just one. But Jazz is my passion and I guess I could be considered a "Jazz Cat" personality wise.

I have an incredibly broad auditory palette .

But, of course, I'm always down with a little reggae.

I listen to a wide variety of music not limited to just "stoner" genre/subgenre's. I even tolerate and like some straight edge music.

Any personality can be described by what music he or she listens to. Rock = usually angry, like to have fun Rap=act hard, maybe gangster, partier Jazz=chill, nice, like every type of music, Country= Redneck, drinker. Just all from my experience is how it is.

When I'm high I usually want some chill music like AIR, Marley, or Dead or something.

Sober I usually like underground rap that no one has heard of that is SO good. A good rap song is ruined once it goes public, so I keep all my music to myself and i love it

My music taste goes from between the buried and me, children of bodom to grateful dead so it really just depends, I like pretty much everything but rap music, but I will listen to it if someone else has it playing in a car or as long as it's not about pimps and their hoes and their tricked out cars. lol

Anything but rap, hip-hop and reggae. Some rap is ok, ones with stories to them.

I've never understood this mentality with the "underground" scene. A song becoming popular doesn't mean the song has changed...it's still the same great song.

If in my car baking I'm usually playing something that makes my subs SLAPPPP!! Lots of hyphy Bay shit. At home I generally listen to pretty much anything. I'm particularly into ambient, acid jazz, triphop, and happy hardcore/drumnbass at the moment.
