What Terrible Luck

i was talking to a friend today and he was telling me a story about his uncle that made me think "wow, what terrible luck this guy has."

So about 7 years ago my friend's uncle did a short time in jail for a gun charge(something wrong with his permit) and while he was in jail his wife(now ex-wife) was convinced by her lawyer father that she should not allow her kids to grow up around that kind of father. So after some phone calls to friends her father gets a restraining order against my friends uncle that stops him from being within 2 towns of his ex-wife and kids. A few years ago he was driving home from work and made a quick stop into a bank to deposit a check when i ran into his ex-wife and kids. she right away told bank security and he was arrested and spent 2 years in jail. The father got the restraining order strengthened so that he couldn't be in the same COUNTY as she or her kids were in.

Well 2 weeks ago he was driving back from the job site where he was working and crossed into a county that his ex-wife and kids had recently moved to. He was pulled over for speeding and when they did a background check they found out that he was violating the restraining order and they arrested him again. He skipped bail and fled the state since the police have no intention of brining him back to send him to trial.

BUT GEEZE how much does that fucking suck....i know he could have been more cautious but damn what terrible luck

You'd think she'd have enough sympathy to let him just leave the bank without incident. I guess that lawyer talked a good point.
