Hello GrassCity, first time poster long time lurker. I have always been a huge believer in ROOR quality and craftsmanship, I have 2 ROOR bongs myself. So when I was looking for a new nug jar, the glass on glass ROOR jars were looking right up my alley. I picked up a medium ROOR glass jar, put some buds into it, opened it twice during a sesh and stored it for the night. Now I come to find I cant open the jar! Apparently its a commen problem with ROOR jars, i've heard both put it into the freezer and heat it up to get it open. Does someone who actually has a ROOR jar have this same problem, and is there a cut and dry solution to the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

There is a great thread over at TC about stuck glass on glass. Although the guide is aimed toward stuck joints it's pretty much the same problem.

freeze it for a bit and it should come right off...(i used to have an illadelph jar that would get stuck sometimes)

I got the same problem once and i just heated the glass with a lighter and managed to open it.
