well i guess that its a decent idea to get this crap over with before it gets real far into the operation and all of a sudden shit goes bad and they find a good way to get it shut down.

im saying why cant people, cops mostly, just accept the fact that weed is good and nothing bad comes from marijuana grown and used for a good reason.

talked to my lawyer today, he didnt seem surprised to see me

He said some stuff that I could take him to court if i wanted, but it would be a bit expensive and I cant really gain anything out of it other then self indulgence.

But I think by taking this to court even if I cant gain anything will atleast let the authorities know that there are people out their willing to fight for what they belive.

Hes negotiating on a court date and will let me know.

Yes the building is in my custody now, all I did today after i got home is i punched some holes in some walls and spraypainted stuff. Didnt feel like working... Maybe tomorrow Ill start im not sure.

We won't come close to the quality of hash you get in Holland -- simply don't have the skill and experience.

maybe hire a guy from holland to make it

also i was thinking about selling some of the clones to people who wanna grow too. just in a little pot and sell one for like 30-50 bucks depending on the strain.

maybe sell big ass plants that are about to bud, for like 150-200 or whatever

i know i am gonna have to get the hang of the monetary difference between US and CA.

but i got another sceme as to my citizenship. my girlfriend can get citizenship realy easy im sure, and i have all the forms already so thats not an issue. but then a few months later i move there and get married.

think it will work?

Haha dude, this is canada.

You don't need any scheme to get in. When you cruise around Toronto, you'll start to understand what I mean.

There are people here who speak literally 0 English and managed to get a citizenship.

Just apply like everybody else.

Besides, I'm pretty sure your girlfriend would have needed to be here for several years for that to work.

hash- alot of work, we will probably just dry our leaves and put them in storage for later if we decide to make hash.

Plants- I would be against selling plants because it just takes away from our business.

I still dont know when my court will be... so until then im not sure what im going to do

rasta- i guess i havent informed you on whats going on with my legal issues. i am being sentenced for a class 5 felony tomorrow morning and i took the plea to drop it from a class 3. and when i look at the applications, it asks if i have been convicted of a felony in the past 5 years.

plus after that they say i may be aligible for the Rehabilitation program where i go in front of an immigration official and he decides if im good to go. but in order to be eligible i have to wait 5 years after the end of my sentence and after the probation period.

so, i would have to wait about 7 years before i am even eligible for the rehab thing and then its up to the official to decide after that, and i am sure he/she would be cool but you never know.

but i still think that i should see if my girl wants to help me out with that shit. although i know she doesnt like me smoking but she is relaxing more about it and its just a matter of getting up there to change her mind more once she sees how happy i will be.

I don't think this is ever going to work. If the authorities found this place, they'd claim it as hell's angels or something. There's not way you can have a building full of marijuana without external pressures to bring it down. Think of what happened to Emery and he was only selling seeds. Unless you become a registered grower, but that won't happen. They're all in...fling flong? or in some chief of police's colon.

I'm still being very skeptical about this. I would rather grow tomato grapes and red peppers and cleverly hide a grow-ups in one of the smaller rooms.

What do we all still think of this idea? How can we make it work?
