nah, i've never done opium, i was referring to your nice bubbler, i have been making plans and prototypes of all kinds of multichamber bongs, even a quirky Vaporizer bong, which is a lightbulb vape hooked up to a 2L bottle and filtered through water :P as I said, it's quirky and i disassembled it after one use.

I've also been experimenting with filters, from cigarette filters, to something like you had.

You are always doing it right, there is no one right way, as long as it's properly sealed up and it's efficient, you are correct.

that poppy seed idea is something i'll try soon

a coffee filter is used to filter liquid, i don't think it will work too well. honestly I think using charcoal is the best idea, it actually purifies the smoke, the thing is you need to suck so very hard.

i wasnt talking about the charcoal in the bubbler i was talking about filtering the seeds from the liquid when making the opium.

Oh, sorry. That actually would work, I would think, since when you filter coffee you have basically soggy coffee left over. It might take a while though.

they boiled up extremely potent teas by ignorantly dumping the whole baker sized bag of seeds in

net result they ate that day drank some felt nothing drank more still nothing and at some point it hits they feel good pass out and stop breathing

just play with heating tiny balls of resin hot knife style don't bong it or otherwise try to compress the smoke in your lungs

spikes in gaba receptor signals will make your breathing flip out as the muscles controlled by them loosen or tighten in ways you can't control

So, lets say it takes about 30mg oxycodone to feel something, and around 50-75mg to be where Id want, how much of this opium would it take to get simialr effects? Is it even potent enough to compare?

I'm pretty interested in this.

it would depend on how good you extract

but oxy and opium are different as true opium is a mixture of things one of which is similar to oxy so a dose of oxys active compared to the resin could be different

actually true opium is the dried sap from a poppy plant.

oxys, percs, and vics are all synthetic opiates.

codine, morphine, are extracted from opium.

heroin is extracted from morphine.
