Need advice for first time on shrooms.

Ok so I've never done shrooms before, but I have a solid connection that I can get some from, but I have some questions first.

I'm going to be doing them for the first time at a concert, I'm not really concerned that this will be a bad place (fairly small, happy venue, lots of lights and cool stuff, also, its not angry music).

How soon before I go into the venue should I do it (I dont want to be noticeably messed up buying tickets)?

How do you even do shrooms? (sorry I'm totally new to this)

What is a good dose for a first time? (I'm 6'2" 155 lbs, fairly small, I have a fairly low tolerance with most substances I've done)

Lastly, what are good prices (I dont think the guy I'm dealing with would rip me, but its better to be safe than sorry)?

You should prolly take them right when you get there, before you walk in to buy your tickets.
They could hit you fast, the last time I took them it only took 15 minutes.
You do shrooms by eating them.

A good dose for your first time would probaly be around 2 or 2. 5 grams.
But if you are real confident in your ability to handle yourself, as I was, I took 3.5 grams (1/8th) the first time and was perfectly fine.

A good price for an 1/8th would be around $25. But I have seen the price ranged from anywhere to $15-$40. Anything more than $30 is a rip off in my opinion. And make sure the shrooms are dry weight when you buy them. One trick of shady dealers is to sell you 3.5 grams wet, and later on when they are dry it only weighs out to 1.5 grams.

Another word of advice I have is that shrooms are very unpredictable. So I'd make sure to at least have a friend not shrooming with you at the concert. But i'm sure you are confident in yourself. Just remember mind over matter! Have fun!

Yea dude, have you tripped on anything before? In public is probably not the greatest idea ever for your first time, but disregard this advice if you've dropped acid before or something. Psychedelics can be overwhelming (in both good and bad ways) and a concert is not a place where you're going to be able to get your bearings well if you've accidently taken too much or something.

I would eat them maybe ten minutes before you go in—like the guy a few above me said, you can start to feel them within 15 minutes and you're usually peaking around 45 minutes to an hour in.
To take them, just eat them (on a mostly empty stomach). They are pretty disgusting to get down, so maybe put them in a peanut butter sandwich.
I strongly recommend a dose no larger than half an eighth for anyone's first trip. There is plenty of time to experience higher doses once you get the hang of tripping and a half-eighth will usually still send you to another world.
I wouldn't pay more than $25 for an eighth (which is sort of the standard unit of mushrooms).

DON"T do them at a concert. Seriously, for your first time, that's gonna be way too much. Like, it's not weed, it's not in ANY way weed. Don't think it is. Reality will completely break down. Like, I've heard people say stuff like "oh i won't have a bad trip, i'll be able to control myself". No, just no, theres no way possible you will be able to.

You have like, the same body frame as me. Don't take more than half an 1/8th. If you take them, and after a while you're not feeling anything, DON'T take more. I've done that, really bad idea.

When you trip, be in a very comfortable setting. Don't have a single worry in your mind about anything. Let me tell you first hand, those worries will be severely amplified. Try to be optimistic about the whole thing, when you start to feel something, try to feel excited about it, don't be frightened by it.

I wouldn't recommend doing it alone either. Trip with someone, or have someone there to sit you. You will really appreciate that later...

I'm not trying to descourage you from doing them, just don't underestimate the power of shrooms.

Have fun tripping, it can be a life-changing experience. Oh, and be prepared to see colors like you've never seen them before.

youd rather have lsd in public, or a nice combo of abour 1.25 g's of shrooms plus weed. if this is your first time and your gonna be out, dont do more then 1/2 an 1/8.

haha I tripped at a small 2 day outdoor fest a few years back and a few chicks opened up glowsticks and smeared the oil on their tits. I tell you no one who was tripping could resist doing a little groping. oh man what a good time.

but I'd say do it is a quiet place the first time unless you are extremely confident in public sober.
