i have 10 of the 2mg hydromorphone pills... my question is, should i snort a few or swallow a few?

which is more potent?

what a fucked up thread

snorting stuff gets to you quicker but often times eating lasts longer

i doubt injecting it has any benefit over one or the other, why dont you just eat them...

I used to do oxys every once in a while and tried both eating them and snorting them. I found that snorting them is far better, although the feeling doesn't last quite as long the onset is instant. But then again I don't have any experience with what you have, just curious, where/how did you get them?

I'd just swallow them.

When I take narcotics I usually go with the highest recommended dose to start. With Dilaudid I'd start 4mg if you weigh less then 165 - no more then 6mg if you've never taken it before.

weedo... do people seriously snort oxycontin? its an extended release pill and an entire dose railed should damn near kill you... I'm allergic to percocet so I've never tried or even considered it. Or are you talking about oxycodone (generic percocet)?

no i'm sure, they were 20mg oxycontin 12-hour time release. It's the coating that makes them time release so crushing it does away with that. I never did more than 40mg at a time which is no where near enough to kill you.

If broken, crushed, or chewed, the tablets quickly release a potentially fatal overdose of oxycodone. Abusing OxyContin by chewing the tablets, snorting crushed tablets, or dissolving and injecting their contents can slow down or stop breathing and lead to death

Like I said I've never even considered it... I'd guess with the smaller dose of 20mg you'd be ok - I'm not sure I'd do it with any larger of a dose though... but thats just me

you obviously know nothing of dilaudid (hydromorphone,) it is MUCH more powerful when IV'd, they barely do anything when eaten, and when i snorted them, i didnt notice anything so... yeah

What kind of fillers are you IVing along with that Hydromorphone? When people IV Oxy Contin they also IV fillers such as APAP (Acetaminophen) which is basically Generic Tylonel.

Swallow that shit. I dig pharmaceuticals but I hate snorting them. For one a whole pill in line form is one fatty fatty fat fat line, not to mention that it fucks up your nose. I mean damn, atleast cocaine is kind enough to numb your shit for you. Pills have no mercy on your nostrils.

oxycontin is time released oxycodon, nothing else.. and you can extract the opiate out of all the filler by doing a cold water extraction before you IV

That is true, you can do a cold water extraction. But for hydromorphone you still need to do a cold water extraction, which you did not advice the OP to do. Also, I fucked up, OC doesn't have APAP thats vicodin and the works.
