Friend Got Busted.. Please Read and Help
Hey everyone... my friend just got busted. He's a really good friend of mine (hes under 18). He ditched out of school and walked across the street to the local strip mall, with his friend. Suddenly a cop pulls over and tells him to empty out his pockets. He had a brand new beautiful bubbler with resin in it. Thats it. Supposedly he was charged with possesion, suspension from school for 10 days, and he has a scheduled court date.
Can someone please tell me what they think will happen. Im almost positive he will have a lawyer present, but I really hope he doesnt get seriously fucked. Thanks. |

I don't mean to be rude, by damn, Kids just don't think these days do they? I know at schools around here, Police Patrol them regularly during school, then even have cops assigned. Lets walk out of school, something you have a chance of getting busted doing, a with an illegal item on me.
He will probably get a fine, Small Charge , Get screwed over at school pretty good. |

actually hes had a misdemenor and a felony... throwing a waterballoon at someones house (lame) and breaking TONS of windows at the neighborhood elementary school... I know it was stupid of him but lets not get off topic...
how fucked? he also had probation last year for the school breaking windows thing... for 1 year |

i got like probation for 3-6 months when i got arrested for paraphenelia charges. i had a pipe that i used like 2 times.

ok, this is the only way i can put this, hes taking a shower with the system, and when he got caught, he dropped the soap.
