so i was driving home from work yesterday and i needed to refill my tank. and so im driving and i see that gas went up a little bit again and i was wondering what the price was down the street. they usually have lower price than some places but lately not so mucha and i didnt want to go out of my way to just get a penny less per gallon. then i looked over and saw some lady with a GPS thing in her car.
now i dont know anything about those gps things cuz ive never had one for my car, but i was thinking why not have an application thing on there that lists all the gas stations in the area, and list their current price for each grade of fuel. that would maximize customer potential im sure. and people would be able to make a decent decision on where to go to save money. espescially with gas being so fucking high right about now.
im sure it would be a good selling point. and even for the GPS companies, they could charge a gas company to have their name show up on a search for the low prices. and the device company would make a little more money and to show competition they would say stuff like "Has the most search results and more detailed info on each location." i dont know im not the marketing guy just the guy who came up with it.
the format could look like an icon on the display of the device, and based on its price compaired to other locations within like a mile radius then it would be a different color. and you can then lock on to that location or add it to one of your stops and it tells you how to get there.

Here's an idea i was tossing around with my older bro the other day. Now i'm no skater but he is and we both thought it would be gnarly if there was like an ultimate skate directory. Have one portion be dedicated entirely to a map of skate spots and shops. People could submit in info similar to Frappr or whatever it's called listing the local hot spots.

There would be another section for like tricks. have a page for bike, blades, boards.... And have detailed descriptions of every possible trick. Throw in little videos and animations if it's complicated sounding.

They could also sell all skating accessories themselves, including clothes. You could make a killing on all those DC and what have you clothes.

Hell toss in another section with like, bios on the pros. Give a bit of info on them and how they got started, maybe guides on how they got their first sponsors and everything. Talk about some of their signature tricks, what brand they ride with.

Really all sorts of shit you could do with this. I don't even skate and i'd probably check it out.

Its an idea ive had for a little while and its a bastard when it happens. RAZOR blades! The manufactures rip guys off by changing products every 3-4 months and shops follow suit, it soon becomes increasingly hard to find replacement heads. Buy a bulk load of the current range, start an internet sales site offering a full range of replacement heads and offer cheap delivery. Soon you'll have busy men and women who havent the time to go find the old razors and appreciate them being delivered.

My idea has its flaws but i know it doesnt need 250k, probably 10k and a flashy website.
