salvia .... good or bad?

Hey ppl i was just wondering whether salvia is bad for you. 1)Lets say if u take it ones a day a lil pinch with some weed or 2) jus a pinch by it self a day or 3) a good bowl every day or 4) a fatty bowl a day or 5) or a fatty bowl with weed a day. Is any of those aptions bad? Because i just got some savlia 20* extract and i dont really know n e thing about salvia other then the fact that it knoks you on your ass. Im just conserned since it such a potent drug that it might be bad on your brain or lungs or anything else in your body, or might it change ur behavior or personality, or the way u think. Any way if you guys know n e side effects ether bad or good from salvia plz tell me. I really want to know because i want to smoke my 20* vail every day paking a lil pinch or small bowl of salvia with weed.

I realy don't believe there have been any research studys done on it as a whole so as far as I know it doesn't haev any real effects but that's be I've only smoked it like 2 times and haven't done that much research so..yea take it with a grain of salt but I say smoke it nothing terrible is gunna happen from a bowl of it other than knock yer socks off

i personally wouldn't do salvia every day. but i cant see it being bad...this herb has been used for a LONG LONG time for spiritual reasons and some say it also has some medicinal properties...not sure if thats true or not. But yea salvia is not something you do for the hell of it...respect salvia and it will respect you.
