The Official Quit Smoking Thread.
Aight if youre trying to quit smoking, ciggs mostly but hey if u wanna quit bud thats ur choice
List what ur quiting, how long youve been smoking and why. Marlboro reds, 2 years, because its not good for me and i feel like shit after wards-goal 2 weeks for now. Come on guys i know all of us have thought of quiting 1 time er later heres your chance.

damn i just had 2 ciggs, i found an entire pack on the floor, half were wet so i threw them away...

ive "quite"but i still have an occasional menthol.
i *SHOULD* stop smoking blunts, ive got asthma... tabacoo=more cuaghing. When i started smoking JUST POT(didnt start smoking cigs until a couple years after i smoked ganj) like... JUST ganja. no blunts, just pure pot.. i didnt cough up nasty crap. Maybe its time for the masta at fantasticle blunt spectaculas to retire? atleast for a few months possably. or cut down on the amount of bluntsmoking that occurs. i wont stop smokin the green sticky. I quit cigs.. i think i got myt friends to hit me in the nuts if i ever touched them again..
 Now when i take a drag i almost throwup n get dizzy .. so im happy w/ that?was smokin for about a year .. 6 months of a pack day or every 2 days .. never had a type of cig i liked a virairty ;P

yeh yesterday me and my bud josh were trippen on dxm and we came along some ciggs, and i found like 6 so of cource i smoked them so ...i guess i quit today.

Been smoking for a loooooong time. . . . .tried to quit dozens of times, doesn't work.
I think what I'm gonna do next summer is camp out on an Island for like 2 weeks with no human contact. Bring enough food and water to last me, couple books, lots O pot and I should be able to quit

I never thought i was weak willed till i tried to quit cigarettes..and i've tired to quit so many times.... and its just so hard to fuck up and start back at square one! |

Im trying to stop smoking cigaretts now.Every time i say i quit i get a pack the next day.lol.Ive been smoking cigaretts for probablly 2yrs.

Amazing how so many people say 'I quit' while smoking a ciggie. I quit one time. I was halfway through smoking it and threw it down a stairwell... The sparks were beautifully constructed. I think I remember walking inside.. then coming out and seeing the cig on the ground with the ashes all the way to the butt...
..No... That probably never happened.

oo man.. I started smoking by just having one when it was offered to me, so like one cig every week or maybe month, then some people i know started smokin and i started havin more, til soon i started buyin my own Marlboro reds...
Damn I gotta quit for lacrosse but i know i wont... im always stressed out but they chill me out alot... its relaxing man... but i think i should quit soon |

marborl lights, 3 1/2 years the hardest fuckin part about quitting is im a pretty predictable person and i and i come into situations through the day where i always smoke a cig like when im at work all my coworkers are smoking on break and afer a meal like dinner or lunch theres nothing i want more than a good drag off a marlbrol light what can i say ima nicotine feind
