Federal Income Tax is BULLSHIT!

I just came across this video. I cant believe this bullshit! It really opened my eyes and made me wonder...are we really moving towards a state of neo-facism? Fucking bastards! I cant believe these manipulating tyranical asshole politicans, federal judges and bureaucrats! You dont have to watch the whole video to get the point but watching it all is definitely very informative. Just watch about the first 30 mintues or so. Cant believe our own government is maliciously taking are hard earned money away from us and giving us some bullshit excuse as to why they do; and they do it unlawfully and unconstitutionally!

If you won the lottery, would that be considered income taxes?

So I'm gonna get my first job very soon, I don't know how the whole income tax shit works, but if I just not pay income tax or file anything or any of that shit, is there gonna be anything I have to worry about?

I saw this from R_M post, it is convincing, but I still pay taxes cuz I rather not get jailed and go through legal hassels.

How does that work out? If the video says there isn't a law requiring you to pay income tax, and then you could be jailed for tax evasion, then wouldn't tax evasion be the law that requires you to pay income tax? This shit is confusing

im convinced that its corruptive judical review.

I love how all these people were simply asking if they could see the law in black and white print and every dumb fuck politican and judge could not even answer them...they just stood there like bush did when he heard that our nation was under attack on 9/11. no clue what to say...no clue what to do. SCARED SHITLESS. haha.

the point of this movie is to show that a law doesnt exist saying we have to pay our federal income tax so why is it against the law if we dont pay them? hmmmm... seems pretty logical if ya ask me...the government FUCKED us over.

I guess I don't get it.

The 16th Amendment is a fraud because our humble narrator says it was? Secretary of State Philander Knox is said to have lied about it being ratified. Where's the proof?

"The President and Congress are fully aware of this fraud. And it was even cited in a recent court case."

Quote:
"If you...examined [The 16th Amendment] carefully, you would find that a sufficient number of states never ratified that amendment."
If you look carefully you'll see that nearly 40 states ratified the Amendment, but with minor, trivial changes in grammar. The power to levy taxes is called the power to lay taxes by others...The enrolled bill rule says that despite spelling, capitalization, and punctuation differences, if the legislative document is properly authenticated, then it's properly adopted.

Quote:
Have you ever read the law that requires you to pay an income tax?
And everyone says "No."

Well, have you ever read the law that prohibits you from having sex with a corpse? No!? Then it must be legal! How many people have sat down and read the Constitution? Well if they had, they might have seen: The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

It's in the Constitution. It's a law. Now you've seen it. Obviously there's more to it than that, but I didn't want to post the whole 16th Amendment.

And you know what, he's right. We don't have to pay a tax on our labor. We pay the tax on the money we earn from our labor.

And a final question of my own, if we didn't pay taxes...how would our government work? He says it himself, "Who would pay if they didn't have to?" Well, you need money to maintain the roads we drive on, the schools we go to, and to provide emergency services like those firemen and police we like so much.

I would use a quote from Edward Bernays to sum it up:

" The concious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our government. We are governed, our minds molded, our tastes formed, our ideas suggested, largely by men we have never heard of. "

- From the book "Propaganda" by Edward Bernays, 1928
