i took 20 of these cough,"melts" as there called, plus like maybe 100 mg dxm polisterix about 4 hours ago. In each tab;et it says 30 mgs sxm hbr as only ingrediant, I took a total of 600 mg zicam...any experiences w/ the ZICAM Cough MAX???? just wondering how should be feeling, what to expect.
wat i mean is is Zicam a good source its kinda likea alkasletzer mint thinh ur sposed to xhew up i guess i just swalllowwd em whole

dunno about the melts, but i took zicam cough mist last saturday. i ended up feeling like shit for hours then sleeping threw most of the trip. my advice is just throw up if u feel like u need too, it will help end the sick feeling if u have it and so then u can enjoy ur trip. i didnt throw up so the sick feeling stayed with me.
