Probation question

I got put on probation 18 weeks ago. It's informal but I still had to drop every week for treatment.

I am being discharged from treatment tomorrow and I drop for my last time at 11 am.

I was originally sposed to have 12 weeks of probation, but I dropped dirty on the 11th week so I never got off. But my PO told me I'd be off when my treatment counselor called and gave the OK.

I asked my counselor about this and he said he didn't get it either and that I'm probably already off probation.

Now I'm on informal probation, my po never returns my calls when I ask him too. He never responds to my counselors emails or calls, and only dropped me one time because I dropped dirty at treatment and he wanted to see if my levels rose at all. Somehow they didn't when I smoked hella after I dropped dirty. (good luck I guess)

Since I don't really trust my treatment center or my PO and I'm kinda paranoid; I feel like I'm going to get dropped soon after my discharge from treatment by my PO.

So I was wandering if anyones been in a similar situation and tell me what happened to them?

Or if I should go ahead and smoke tomorrow(been anticipating this for well over 4 months)?

Or if I should wait for confirmation from my PO(of which I've only met once when he told me he's only heard good things and im off when my couneslor calls him)?

It most likely would of been better to have waited. But that's life.

Dam dude, I hate to tell you but POs always test before they let you off once you test pos. You got to wait for the release paper signed by the judge, until he signs it it doesn't matter if you're suppose to be off of probation cause until he signs it your officially still on it.
