"We tried burning them with diesel - it didn't work. The plants are so full of water right now... that we simply couldn't burn them."

He noted that a couple of brown plants on the edges of some of the forests had caught fire but this had posed yet another problem.

I posted some pictures of the Canadians troops in these cannabis feilds while back.

I really hope this doesnt hurt the exportation of Afghani hash from the region. It's some of the best in the world and many many many hardworking, innocent families work those farms and hash mills.
