smoking and usage

Lately i've been doing really stupid things with my life, one including popping random pills that idiots online say will get you high, and i drink alcohol after popping these pills. I've also been snorting hydrocodone and strattera, as well as citalopram. Right now im having a feeling of sharp pressure in my heart region, and when i lift my arms out to stretch the pain grows much more. Could i possibly be having a heart attack?? Should i go to the emergency room? What are the signs of a heart attack? fuck man... fuck

i thought you hade no reason to live past 25.... im jk dude... but still you should have play'd it safe instead of doing all those things.... im not sure what to do but if it dosent go away i would seek medical attention....

I dont know too much about it but here are some symptons:

The American Heart Association and other medical experts say the body likely will send one or more of these warning signals of a heart attack:

Uncomfortable pressure, fullness, squeezing or pain in the center of the chest lasting more than a few minutes.
Pain spreading to the shoulders, neck or arms. The pain may be mild to intense. It may feel like pressure, tightness, burning, or heavy weight. It may be located in the chest, upper abdomen, neck, jaw, or inside the arms or shoulders.
Chest discomfort with lightheadedness, fainting, sweating, nausea or shortness of breath.
Anxiety, nervousness and/or cold, sweaty skin.
Paleness or pallor.
Increased or irregular heart rate.

i hope so, i'm not ready to die YET, i want to be able to smoke chronic again first... God i wouldnt have to resort to cough medicine and pills if i could just smoke chronic... This is getting pathetic. I'm killing myself because i miss chronic so much.. god i love chronic..

cant hurt to call the doctor or ER and ask, no doubt they will say come in to be safe, but depending on how bad the pain is you probably should go to the hospital, that is if its extremely bad and u meet some of the symptoms above

God people question what i say on here all the time, it's really irritating. if you knew me, you'd know that i'm not one to bullshit about serious things, or just flat out make shit up. I hate it when people do that, therefore i dont do it myself, that would be somewhat hypocritical...

damn dude i understand weed rules but common you dont need to be high all the time and not having weed is a horble exuse for doing all this stupid stuff

Well i looked at myself in the mirror and i look pail and have bags under my eyes, and my pupils are huge, i have noticable constant pain directly where my heart is fading away from the area, and when i stretch my arms or push on the area above my heart the pain increases quite a bit.. i dont really feel lightheaded.. and im checking my pulse now... hmm i think it's normal, the pulse seems much more noticable that usual though, i usually have trouble finding my pulse, but i can feel it easily right now...

dude haha this is getting stupid honestly, call a doctor, if you honestly think you are having a heart attack stop arguing with people over the internet and call the hospital lol. at this point i honestly dont think your having a heart attack cause people having heart attacks dont waste minutes arguing with people via a forum, they are in excruciating pain and even hurt too much to brethe right. so take a few deep breths, calm down, and try to get some sleep, youll prolly feel better in the morning

The pupils could be from the pills though. What all have you taken tonight? Auctually now that i read venemous puffers post i agree that it probably would have already happened. but i still think you should at least call the doc to see whats up. GOing to sleep might also work if its just the pills you'll proabably feel better when you wake up. But call em and tell em and they would probably know if the pills have bad effects when mixed.

big orange imho i think you have a problem i highly doubt you are having a heart attack so just calm down and wait it out but i think you need to see a psychiatrist(sp?) or something cause you have a problem with addiction you are doing thing you know are wrong to get high so if you ask me i think it would be a good i dea for you to talk to someone a psychiitrast or a drug rehab facility i know it may seem harsh but huffing gasoline is no joke
