I lived in Germany bout 15 years ago. Travelling fairgrounds and christmas fairs etc had these mahusive chocolate waterfalls. You'd buy like a plate of fresh strawberries & bananas on skewers and just dip em under the flow. I was in chocky heaven first time i saw em - hehehe.

Oooh, and fresh coconut chunks in coconut milk fountains.... it was like charlie and the chocolate factory, lol

Thats it, I'm off on a sweety perve now, time to raid the fridge.....

I bought the Lindt 85% last night. Holeey crap, that's dark! The first square I had, I didn't care for it too much. It was kind of chalky and it left a strange feeling in my mouth afterwards. Tasted right like baking chocolate. And if I wanted to eat baking chocolate, I'd buy baking chocolate.

Well, I gave it another go this morning and it's not so bad the second time around. Maybe my tongue is adjusting? I still don't like the way my mouth feels afterwards but the flavor is growing on me. And once you have a bit in your mouth it does melt nicely. It has a orangish (color) flavor to me. I guess no one will know what I mean by that unless you're a synnie, but I "see" the color orange-red in the flavor. That's a good thing.

Next up is the 99%

I love dark chocolate, especially that Green & Blacks Ginger stuff, did any of you know that chocolate can prolong your high because it makes the active chemicals more stable in your brain

99% ?????? Nah - that's gotta be just weird tasting - I like a little sweetness with my choc fix! That said - bet it makes a killer fresh cream mousse tho......

I have tried the 99% dark. I always liked dark chocolate but never really bought expensve stuff. I saw something that was 99% cocoa and I figured "hey, gotta be good!"

BLECH! So bitter. I worked my way up to 60 since. Good enough.

I like lighter chocolate most of the time. That dark stuff is good, on occasion, like dark beer, but I'm a light beer drinker, cuz u never get tired of light beer. I love Lindt's Chocolate though, mmm, it's that good swiss shizznit **salivates**...

Hershey's? Damn, you need to expierence the quality of real chocolate. Get some swedish imported chocolates, that shit is amazing

I've tried a bunch of different chocolates before. I said I like the way Hershey's melts. And it does melt nicely and consistently. Plus I think I have a little of a Hershey's bias since I live right in Hershey's back yard and I used to work at HersheyPark.

There is a comapny here in Dayton called Ester Price and they have the best dark chocolate IMO.
