Legal Issues with Online Prescriptions?
For the US particularly.
You know how you can buy rX's online without a prescription? Is this legal? I'm not talking so much vicodin and zanies, but rather my mother is curious about weight loss pills that are rX only and I told her i'd research it, but I have no clue. When I searched for it on yahoo it came up with ways to protect you from unscrupulous companies, not the legality of it... so I turn to my pharmasists in training, and ask, just how legal is it?

illegal. dude. if you dont need a prescription for a drug. its illegal. period. no iffs ands or buts about it

That's what I figured, but what had me second guessing is some of these pharmacies online have a next day FedEx guarentee... and if it's guarenteed, then they must not anticipate issues with the authorities, but oh well...

well. from what ive heard. most of these pharmacies dont even deliver the goods

well from what i understand some of these sites have you like sumbit an online report thing that is investiated by a legit doctor and then he writes you a script... so you can just fill out whatever bullshit you want.
