So I'm doing my balcony bonghits just now, and then after I cleared about 2 bowls, I am high and I look up at the building across from me, and I see this weird Chinese bitch in the window pointing a camera straight at me. When she realized I saw her she pointed it somewhere else as if she is just snaping pics. Then a short while later, the pointed it back at me again, and kept doing it.

So then, I took out my cell phone and I pointed it at her Ilike I'm taking a picI, and all the sudden she freaked out and closed her blinds.

I mean seriously what a fukn weirdo, totally ruined my buzz.

He confronted us later that he would get the police involved if he kept seeing us smoking out there daily but he never did anything about it. He was a fuckin weirdo, man..
