Wednesday night I went to my friend's house for a party, and got pretty drunk. I drank like 6-7 shots of Soco and played a few games of beirut. Around 3:00 A.M. Me and 2 of my other buddies decided to go out and get some food. So we were driving to Cumberland farms, got some food and then we went to a 24/7 Dunkin Donuts and I got some more food.

Well on the way back to the kids house we were probably going 45-50 on a 40 Mph zone, and much to our dismay we saw blue and red lights flashing behind us. Now Me and the driver (I was riding shotgun) were pretty much sobered up by that point and getting pulled over completely killed my buzz, But the kid in the backseat was asleep. This cop turned out to be the biggest dickhead i have ever met, and is a perfect example of why people hate cops so much, they think they can treat people like complete shit and make you feel so small.

We woke him up while the cop was still in his car, and told him to put his seat belt on to not get a fine. So he's putting his seaatbelt on, and the cop comes up to his door and opens it and tells him to get out the car and go sit on the hood. Well then he does the same to the driver, and then comes over to my door and tells me to get on the hood too, for no reason to my knowledge.

He starts to interrogate us asking if we have any weed or weapons on us, and we say no. The kid who's car it was i guess forgot he had an airsoft gun tucked in the back of the passenger seat inside the pocket in the back. So the cop doesnt ask to search the car he just does and when he finds the airsoft gun this is when shit starts going wild.

He pulls out his gun, points it at us and starts screaming "Get on the FUCKING GROUND RIGHT NOW YOU MOTHER FUCKERS. SOME ONE HERE IS GONNA GET FUCKIN BLASTED TONIGHT" still pointin his pistol at us. So we get on the ground and spread out, and he calls for back up. He Handcuffs my 2 other friends and me, and we're all belly on the ground, our faces in grass, defenseles. He calls for backup and about 5 or 6 other cruisers come.

Well they take our ID's and run them, but the kid in the backseat didnt have his wallet on him. So they run me and the driver's IDs and they ask the other kids name and he gives it to him. So later on he has to get the other kids info so he calls his name, and my friend says "yea, whats up?" and the cop was like "Oh you think this is funny huh, will you be laughing when I kick you in the teeth?" My friend wasnt even laughing or anything, i have no clue why he said that, keep in mind we were all on our stomaches handcuffed completely harmless to him and defenseless.

My friend who was driving had to get his car towed because he was one month under 18 driving past midnight. Then they wrote us all citations for the Airsoft gun saying we need a FID (Firearm ID) to have that, which is such bullshit because you only need one for a BB gun not a airsoft gun. and told us we all ahve to appear in court becuase of this. They finally uncuffed us after laying there for 45 minutes while about 10 cops just talked shit to us and laughed at us, trying to intimidate us.

All the while we were handcuffed they basically ransacked his car trying to find more shit, and thank god they didnt find his pipe hidden cause we would ahve all gotten fucked for that. They went through all his shit, and even stole some of his condoms. He said there was like 4 missing when he checked it the next morning, I guess my friend's mom sometimes uses the car and they found one of her tampons and asked if it was his and started makin fun of him and shit, and they throough it out the car onto the street and jsut laughed.

After the car was towed they just left us there on the side of the road, and we had to walk 7 miles to get back to the kids house, it took us about 2 hours, what a long depressing walk, and now we all have to go to court for some stupid shit.

Anyway sorry that was a long read, and now I can officially say I HATE THE POLICE like many of you do. That cop really was a dickhead, what right did he have to threaten to kick my friend in the teeth who was totally cooperating with him. FUCK THE PIGS.

just sue his ass. tell the judge that the gun wasnt in plain sight and that you didnt consent to a search. he just ran in your car looking for shit. that is illegal. then maybe he'll think twice about f*cking around with people when he gets his ass dragged to court every time.

I don't think the suing thing will work, because he can just lie about it. When he was talking to his copper buddies he was all making up shit saying "Yeah i saw the kid in the backseat reaching for the gun while I was pulling them over" such fucking bullshit we told him about 5 times he just was putting on his seatbelt, and he was sitting BEHIND the drivers seat, which means he didnt even reach halfway over the backseat to click the seatbelt in, nevermind all the way across the backseat and INTO the passenger seat pocket in the back.

bro that sucks what a dickhead cop. i would have told him "go ahead kick me in the teeth" a couple of missing teeth in my part is well worth getting that cop fired and making some mad money off it. cops can be kdicks at times they should be out fighting real crime like murders, theifs, and other shit like that but 5-10 mpg speeding ticket then searching the car fuck that. worring about weed in general is stupid big fucking deal i smoke marijuana its my body i smoke what i want it doesnt hurt no1 else.

OH, btw, forgot to add this, but when I got arrested (btw, I got arrested) for weed and shit, no biggie, just being stoner stupid and got caught, we were at the station, all cuffed and shit, and one pig said to another, get this: "Are you sure you didn't plant anything on them?" and guess what the other fucking pig said? "No, not this time, we didn't need to".....can you fucking believe that shit?

Goddammit I fucking hate coppers!!
