Another Benadryl Trip

So Its 12:53... i took 15 pills (375 mg) of benadryl... i weigh 155 pounds. Will i be alright?


Earlier this week me and a friend took 12 each and i hallucinated a bit... had a lil trouble sleeping. but im bored so decided to do it again since im dry of weed.

Forgive my befuddlement, but why on Earth would you take so many, not knowing if it is safe or not? That's really very, very silly.

its safe dont worry .. people took 800mg of it and still survived .. i tripped fairly hard on 250 mg tho so youll be trippin

Yeah man. I ALWAYS do extensive research before I try something... especially if it's something like that. Things like that have the potential to go wrong very easily. Always know whats up before doing anything.

Those things are measured in MG for a reason... because very small amounts can make a very large difference.

You should be entirely okay fortunately, particularly if you have some experience with Benadryl, but like Durban said.. it's wise to do at least a moderate amount of research on anything you're taking. I personally just try to research every drug I can think of when I have some free time and I'm on the comp... that way if I ever get offered that drug, or for some whim feel like 'acquiring' some, I know what I'm doing and getting myself in to.

From erowid. You should be alright, but really, do some research and find out what your putting in your body before you put it in there. Taking pills that you dont know the facts about is how people can get really hurt. You may have just gotten lucky now but if you start dealing with more serious pills the chance of overdose is much greater. It took me less than a minute to find that chart up here, would it really have killed you to look it up before taking a large quantity of pills.

i knew the facts and stuff... cuz i had 12 the other day and i wus fine. just wunted to know if 3 more pills made much of a difference.

and yeah im fine... i went to sleep i wus tried..

It's totally safe. Did you look at the Dose segment on Erowid. I think it's pretty clear that Benadryl is about as hard to OD on as acid is, which is really saying something. And, take the No-Doz pills first (one or two). If you don't want to feel restless, you won't like the "delerium" you'll be in, so I'd suggest avoiding it if you are scared of that. at high doses, there is no question that you will have conversations with people that aren't there. That's virtually certain, at high doses, and it is not a reason to end up in the hospital. However, overreactive parents, and others who refuse to do unbiased research, will probably turn your trip into a nightmare with those sirens and flashing lights. Do it with a sitter, or at least tape your keeps to the inside of your pants or something so you don't mysteriously lock yourself outside of your house/apartment/dorm. :P Good luck y'all. Until I have a bad experience, I will continue to speak positively of Benadryl.
