Delsym Question - Please Help!
Ok... I am trying DXM for my first time. I bought the Delsym 12 hour cough relief, as it was recommended by a friend, and I've heard good things about it on here.
I've looked through the FAQ and searched for it, but I got different answers from different people. I have a three OZ bottle, and I was wondering how much I should take. I've heard from two OZ's - five OZ's. Can someone help me out? Thanks |

i get delsym from my doctor when I'm sick, IDK what size it is, but I get the big bottle, and I just chug it, but then again I take it because of my coughing

i am not a big fan of delsym. It gives the same(kind of) effects as DXM but it really isnt dxm. Polistrex is plastic type crap and i do not feel comfortable putting that into my system
sure you could argue how dxm itself probably shouldnt either but meh, whatcha gonna do  the full 3 ounce bottle should get you feeling pretty good though(depending on your body size) have fun man
