fuck that, if i am to hope he is not acquitted, it is on the thought he is guilty by evidence NOT because some people will destroy and riot if they do not get their way.

our justice system must never give in the power of a mob....

Oh the evidence is there.. its just going to be hard for them to find a jury who isnt biased after all the media coverage... The evidence was there in the Rodney King case too.. the justice system is fucked up already :rolleyes:

2nd degree murder will be harder than you think in this case....they should add man slaughter to it too, just in case...they can prolly get that for sure...

No way he's gonna be found guilty of second degree murder. Lawyers all across the country are scratching their heads over these trumped up charges.

He'll likely be found guilty of manslaughter, which I'm sure those racist piece of shit New Black Panthers will have a field day with.

perhaps...what evidence are you referring to?


the witnesses that caused the arrest.. im not super engulfed in the story though.. ive herd so many different stories and even read so many online its hard to tell what they do and don't have evidence wise besides the witnesses

zimmerman is hispanic, hes only half white

this case is way different, the dude is in police custody already, and witnesses say the driver who shot him was telling the truth about him swinging, but that doesnt justify a shooting. people are getting this wrong with the life threatened deal. so if some punk ass street dude swings on you, you feel like your life is about to be lost? its just an all around shitty law

i can agree with this...but ten to one says they will not get a murder 2 charge to stick...it is just not there unless they know something they have not shared.

here is what i have heard:
z sees t
thinks t is strange
follows t
calls 911 or whoever
is told not to follow t
follows t anyway
confronts t
t hit z
z shoots t


that is what the press has told us and if that is all there is to it, that is NOT murder two....in anyway shape or form...

i think it was only a few.... the 3 guys that beat that truck driver with bricks and shit.. and one of those same guys almost killed a mexican guy right after the truck driver beating.
