Stoner Friendly Jobs

Well, fresh out of high school, I don't know what to do. I plan to go to college, but havent decided, so i've been thinking, what are some stoner friendly jobs? What could I do as a career, where I can be happy, and smoke weed?

Please list some of the stoner friendly jobs that you all feel are the best

Do you want easiness of the job when high? Or do you want a job that you could get high often at?

I'd say work in a kitchen. Friendly, most chefs are stoners and you can really learn a skill that you can go anywhere with.

Obviously, I'd open a headshop or something along the lines too...if I had that kind of money.

I'm looking more along the lines of a job that would be easy to do while high. Possibly a job where I'm not bothered that much.

I was hoping that I could get people to post their occupations and if they like it or not, therefore it would help me choose. Because honestly, I am lost. I don't know what I want to do or what to do. I'm currently working at K-mart where I have been for over a year, and this place is very easy (not many customers, and I'm able be high all hours of work) I smoke before work, on my 15 minutes break, on my lunch, and then on my other 15 minute break, but the pay is horrible and it is very depressing in there.

Comon GC, I want to live a good honest life, where I can smoke my herb in peace. hopefully making $100,000+

I'm my own boss growing and selling high end saltwater corals. Sounds weird but I take in $240,000 a year, no joke.

Be your own boss or find a trade you like and do it well. If you are really good at a trade you can easily start your own small company.

why do you want a job you can go to high? it's kinda pointless to go high constantly, so much so you even have to be high at work.

i smoke virtually everyday of my life, but i do not smoke at work or go to work high. i just save that shit for after i get off.

btw, i work as a food runner at a relatively upscale restaurant and make great money ($12-$15/hr) for an entry level job.

if you get a job where you are willing to forfeit the idea of being high at work, i predict you will make much more money which will enable you in the end to buy more weed.

and restaurants usually don't drug test and have staff that smoke weed and do other drugs too. (cocaine seems to rather popular at my work amongst some of the staff; not my cup of tea though)

Blue collar work.

I work construction trades and ALOT of people smoke. We don't do so on the job site, that's a big mistake.

But you come to work, put in a good hard days worth of work, gate your job done and you can go smoke a joint with your co-workers, no big deal.

What kind of construction do you work? I worked that right after I got out of highschool. Tough shit...I hated tieing rebar and laying cement.

Another job would be your own business. Be your own boss. Although, I don't know what your interests are, so I can't help pick which business.

I do general contracting, though recently most of my time is spent organizing people and helping out with other trades, i've always had an afinity for plumbing.

It's definatley hard work, you have to have a good constitution to get up every morning and do it, but i find it rewarding. I'd hate working wih customers or shuffling paper all day long.

You just keep your personal life off the work-site and when 4:00 rolls around you can do whatever. I've worked with many guys from many backgrounds from many different trades, working for many different countries and ALOT of them smoke, if only occassionally.

i enjoy cooking while high. chefs make pretty good money and in a couple of years if you save correctly you can open up your own place and make lots of money. i personaly cant be a chef because i cant feel dirty and being a chef you always feel dirty because of the grease and smoke, plus i cant stand the heat and its pretty hot in a kitchen.

Never laid plumbing. Hell, I was only in construction for about a year.

Seriously, work in a restaurant. It may get a little hectic, but the pay is good, like one huge, dysfunctional family as well. The best of all worlds!
