My views on drug addiction

This might sound like a rant but its not im just expressing my thoughts on this as I am puffing canadian chronic that is by far the best weed ive ever smoked in my life. So...

I dont believe drug addiction exists. Infact the only part of drug addiction that has any truth is physical dependence. But thats only certain chemicals and even if you are dependent on a substance you could still stop doing it. Im especially talking about weed but this goes for any drug. People whoe believe they are addicted to a substance really tick me off. They arent addicted to it the truth is they like it so much that it eventually becomes all they want to do. After you do that drug(whatever it may be) for a while and you start doing it every day and feel like you cant stop. Then you start telling people you are addicted to it, no your not addicted to i. Get over yourself and find something better to do. You just cant think of anything else to fill your time with but doing drugs cuz its easy to just get high. People just want problems i think if most people were simply just happy with themselves and didnt make stupid decisions they would get bored. YOu know, they always want to have problems to fix. I dont know, I dont think there is such thing as drug addiction just weakminded helpless people.

Same goes with pitbulls people think the pitbull breed is aggressive. No its not aggressive its just stupid people keep breeding pitbulls with poor temperaments. so its just weak minded pitbulls that attack humans.

addiction is very real.

yes, anyone can get over an addiction, but have you ever been addicted? tell me...exactly. shut the fuck up.

its fucking hard to get over a physical dependence, mental dependence can be tough too.

and some people have biologies that make them more susceptible to addiction, just like the fighting bred pit bulls are genetically disposed to fight.

since ive already underlined your ignorance, i wont push the envelope...

but i raised an american staffordshire (pit bull) from a puppy when i was 12.

when i was 16 and we got another dog, the pit bull at first was fine...but after a few months would attack it for no reason. we tried to socialize the dog by walking it and meeting other dogs, but it would still attack them. this was after four years of love and attention.

the fact that it was bred to fight made it predetermined to be aggressive.

nature beats nurture everytime.

edit: the fact that youre "puffing on the best weed youve ever smoked" and you still have this asshole perspective on addiction, tells me people like you shouldnt smoke.

I use to do meth everyday. and then I saw it started getting out of hand so I STOPPED buying it. Sure i had a hell of a time quitting but I did it. cuz I didnt want that shit in my life anymore. I used to drink all the fucking time. stopped that. i smoked 2 packs a day and felt like I really needed it. well prices went up and i didnt wanna pay 6 bucks a pack. So i quit. Sure, I'll smoke a cig every few days. But im not a tool enough to go out and starting coughing up my lungs for 6 bucks a day. Oh yea and i wwas "addicted" to vicadin couldnt get the source any more so thats it i stopped. NO i dont go braking my back to get some. apparently there are weakminded folks on this board. dont mean to offend you guys by speaking the truth.

its not a fucking matter of willpower...i knew that i was killing myself, i knew i had to quit, but i was breaking shit in my house and sweating till i was dehydrated for the snow. yea i got over it, but it was an experience i dont wish on my enemies.

edit: uh hydrocodone is one of the least addictvie substances on this planet, so i dont see how you were addicted to vicodin but simply said no to meth. that doesnt add up.

first: your ignorant, and I dont hate you for being ignorant. let me try to inform you with the truth.

second :PIt Bulls are not bred to fight anything. They are bred to fight dogs. A pitbull with a stable temperment WILL NOT hurt a human no matter WHAT. If you believe otherwise you are ignorant and SHOULD NOT own a pit bull under NO CIRCUMSTANCES.

I didnt simply say no to meth. I thought i needed the shit. But one day I WOKE THE FUCK UP and realize what its done to me. It stole my soul forever. I got held up for an ounce of meth by my dealer so I lost a connection for it. Then i moved(not for this reason) to a different state and i steer clear of it. If i meet a tweaker i simply dont talk to them anymore because i know what would happen if i make a tweaker friend. Im smart and i konw how to handle myself. And if any man will honestly die before being able to quit a drug doing whatever it takes then they are not a man at all.

some drugs may only be mentaly addictive, but others are physically addictive. you cant argue with facts and science man. what youre talking about is just what YOU used to kick YOURE ADDICTION.
