up by what someone is sayin over the internet, LOL. My entire Conv. with you is out of pure enjoyment. Just one question though. How does that joke prove my lack of intelligence!?? I even went of of my way to let you know it was joke for this very reason. Sorry you can't laugh. . . .you should try it more. You should also be a lighten up a little man. Even if someone wants to Do something, Why do you have to be the one to just be flat out rude? Some positivity from your part isn't gonna hurt anything. I think you will find that happiness starts with a positive and healthy outlook. And people will follow your lead.

if harry anslinger didn't have the help of william randolph hearst (may their wretched souls rot in the pits of hell for all eternity) in the 1930's mj would never have reached the illegal status it's in. the public was completely duped with the lies and propaganda because they trusted the "facts" that the govt was feeding them. now people do not trust the govt as much and are willing to publically take opposition to unfair policies. the only way to change the law is through public opionion. however, i am ambiguous on how to change public opinion because i have sat down with antiweed people and explained to them virtually all the talking points on pro legalization, and in spite of all of those facts they still retain their anti stance because thats what they've been conditioned to do through all the years of dare and propaganda filled anti drug education. i think before you could expect full decriminalization you would first have to get it approved for medicinal use. 10 or 11 states have already passed medical mj laws knowingly in violation with federal law. this proves states are willing to adopt measures in violtion with govt policy if they view the law to be unfair. the goal is to have widespread medical mj laws. after a few years of states allowing medicinal use, the case would build that mj's effects were virtually harmless to the body based on the effects it will have on the patients using it. i think that info could be used to persuade congress to eventually adopt full decriminalization or something close to it. that's the only way i can really see it happening.

1. There is no state 2. If I don't pay my taxes, I get thrown into rape rooms, or shot if I resist. 3. The legitamacy of this entity we call state is immoral and far from consistent ethiclly, so you have genocide, war, innocent people going to jail etc etc. Power always corrupts, and if the war on drugs was really about a "war on drugs". They would focus on the drugs itself rather than imprisoning people for using it. The fact that the state wants you dead is reason enough to oppose it. War on drugs my ass. The state wants you dead, period! I would expand on that but I'll just leave these links for you to educate yourselves. Take the time to understand that social experiments like socialism and communism will never work because of the power disparity between the citizens and the state. People predict the collapse of the state will collapse sooner than we think because of the national debt, so we need to get our act together. Peace, and take care. www.freedomainradio.com www.adventuresinlegalland.com |

Abso-F*ckin-Lutly. Big Business and Corporations Run The World. The only reason its not legal in America, is b/c the gov't has no real way of taxing and regulating it. Yet they spend upwards of $13 Billion dollars on "the war against drugs" and the jails and prisons keep getting more and more overpopulated with "non-criminals" such as weed smokers and dealers. Someone arrested with pounds of weed or any other drugs gets more jail time then someone who murders someone, is it just me, or is that F*cking CRAZY?!?!?!?

I don't know about the whole making it run rampant. Yes, we have to fight for our freedom, but in doing so, it makes more sense to change the public's view on pot. From there we must take it to a higher level, having people in congress to help us fight for it's legalization.

I hate posting in an old thread like this but whatever.
I hope people who tell everyone to go out and plant seeds everywhere realize that the country (US) used to be full of fields of wild pot. Guess what happened? The government burned it all, growing pot in the wild again wont make them legalize it. |
