Newbie grower
Hello my pothead friends. I'm a newbie in growing and I want my first grow to go smooth. I'm trying to figure out what strain is very easy to grow and gives you a clean up high with no little or no paranoia. Also I have a herniated disc in my back so I'm looking for a strain that's a pain killer as well. I've looked at a few strains and so far I'm thinking about going with strawberry cough or dynamite. Any suggestions?

if you have a herniated disc in your back, wouldnt it be hard to bend over when growing this plant... unless you put it on a shelf lol
