How do i keep my plant small in the beginning ?

i have a couple of plants, that have been germinated 1 week ago. they are growing like crazy, but i have some dislikes about this rapid growth.
the plant has a very large internodes, how do i reduce the internodes ? in the beginning of vegative growth.

I have added some pictures of my plants now.

i dont see a pic, and its not in ur gallety. Light is ur problem, what kind do u have? or outdoor?

well, it all depends on what light ur usin, if ur using hps, you wont get any stretch. if ur usin low powerd lights they will stretch to the light, id suggest get better lights or place ur plants closer to the "High" powered light :P i dono what lights u use man hard to answer. thats' all i can say sry. pics would help

Internode length is primarily dependent on whether the plant is an Indica or a Sativa. Unless your plant is stretching, I am not aware of a way to reduce this spacing.

Ok u suggest a better light, but im growing outdoors...
This is a outdoor forum last time i checked....

my parents didn't allow me to hang up my 250 watt hps light..

i heard of a method called low stress training, that is when u bend ur plants in ua specific way to make the plant wider.
Anybody can advice this method to me or maby have some info ?

You might want to check indoor growing. I, too, will be growing outdoors.
