1st time grower

Hey everybody, ive been coming too this site for almost a year now just reading about plant growing and viewing the eye candy and finally ive decided to register an account and start my first plant. I plan on eventually making a home made hydroponics system and some kind of ply wood box with lighting in it but for now I decided too start extremely simple. I went to lowes and got about a 5"x5" cup and some plant food. I just chose what was the best all around plant food. So I added soil and a little bit of lemon skin shavings into the pot. I then planted about 7 seeds in the pot and set it by my house where it would get sunlight every day. So I added some water and now there just chillin. Any comments about any of this? I live in florida and i do realize it's winter and a bad time for growing but its my very first time trying and id like too get an early start on learning for the coming months. What are the chances I will even get something too sprout? thanks everyone! <3 weed.

if you water it everyday, and dont give it any fertalizer they should be great. happy growing

Alright sweet, so no fertilizer and water it every day. Anything else I should know? I know after a certain ammount of time im gonna have too put it in a bigger container. I'm not really even sure how big a plant gets too be around the time where you can dry it out, etc. Do you think this plant im growing will produce a decent high based off these facts; its grown outside, mids seeds.

well if you grow it till its real real big your going to have to transplant it, so the roots can grow further then the container, and it can get bigger.
