short plant? easy to grow? let me know...

hello, i have tried to grow before ending in failure, they were only a few inches tall when they were wiped out with a big rain storm and now i was wondering what the shortest and simplest plant to grow in an outdoor area, temperatures around low 60's up to 80's in the winter and 80-100+ in summer, i know winter is not the best time to grow but i am told some strains can be grown in my area all year long and if anyone has any information on what type i should grow please let me know i know of the lowryder and it is great but i heard the percentage of thc is very low and that scares me a little to put a lot of work and time into something i will not enjoy much

so for more info- i am looking to grow 3-6 plants in a light area during the day with temps above, some kind that grows at the most about 2-3 feet tall and thc content of anywhere above ten percent,

if anyone has any info to help me please let me know

i know i can look up on sites but ive looked a lot of places and it is hard to find thc percentage and plant heighth at the same time and ive looked a lot

You need to foucs more on your growing location and strategies as well as your stain.

What dertimines the stain most suited to you when growing outdoors is your location (globally).

For example growing on 60N latitude will require differnt strains as well as techniques than from 15N latitude. For example, 60N has a very short season and fast hitting frost as compared to 15N where seasons are considerably longer and no frosts.

Below is a nice little site about world climates:
http://www.blueplanetbiomes.org/climate.htm

I cant really susjust a strain cause Im not sure what latitude you are at. Most people want an early finishing strain though. Generally more leaning towards indica dominant.

That link doesn't work billa... but I think this would work.
