NC grow

if i planted a few seeds outside tomorrow
do you think they will even get to the budding stage??
this will be my first time growing, so its pretty much just a test run, but if i get it going, will i be disappointed later, to find out that they will just die in mid grow?
i live in raleigh NC
it usually doesnt get cold here until around late dec.

You couldn't just leave em be and expect them to reach budding, but with proper care, its more than possible.

I think the light cycle might effect them more than the temp... they bud based on how much light/dark they get, so if you plant too late they'll maybe try to bud way too soon? I don't know for sure because I've never planted outdoors all the way to October but I imagine that's going to be a problem.

itll prolly not work, but im definetly gonna try, and ill go out and check on them everyday
theyll be in a place that gets alot of sunlight, and its near a river, so the soil is very moist. ill also water them. and if it does start getting really cold, i will try putting a blanket on them at night, idk, it may work, i saw it on a growing show about pumpkins, lol
they put blankets on the pumpkins at night or something like that.

it prolly wont work, but im gonna give it a go, and post pictures, and stuff.

It's too late to start outside in the states. They will die before they ever get to bud let alone grow to a good size.

you've waited too late i think for any outdoor growing. so i think your best bet would be indoor growing unless you want to wait until next spring.

ps email me at dmbfan024@bellsouth.net and lets get together w/skdank and lets all smoke up some weekend.
