I know halogens dont work good at all but b4 i plant my seedlings outside would it be ok to keep them under halogens and one floursent light for a couple weeks b4 i put them outside?

if i was you i would do that it lets the plant get a littel bigger and ready for the outdoors but make sure you go through the light cycles 24, 18/6 and then 12/12 do each one for a week then take her outside
