Right now i have on small weed sprout and one that i planted but hasnt come up yet. I want to put a pice of glass about one foot above the soil to restrict their height. Once they hit the glass, will they start growing outwards and become short and fat?

it would actually be easier to just tied to plant down.Or to FIM it.

fim is what I am doing in my journal to keep several plants shorter, but they wont listen too well. I've not heard of outdoor scrog, but you may want to check into the possibilities bcuz if you can it would def. keep the ladies short.
