Questions About Plot Size and Fert

Hey everyone. This spring I'm planning on having a crop of 3 or 4 plants outdoors and i need to know an estimate of how big the plot should be and how far apart i should space my babies. Another thing is I'll be using materials from my compost pile to fertilize it and i need to know how deep down to dig and how much compost i should add.
Thanks a lot!

dont know much about ferts, just dont use them when the plant is in its early stages of development, i think you wait until it just begins to flower.

for three or four plants you wont need too large of an area, just make sure the plants are spaced at least 3-4 ft apart and they should be fine

chill,,..like i said i dont know much about ferts. I didnt think compost counts as fertelizer, i thought compost was just good quality soil. And the part about spacing the plants 3-4 feet apart is correct information

I grew 5 successful buding plants in which i did not use ferteliser, or even very good quality soil. If i did they probably would have been monsterous..
