i recently moved to tennessee and i have heard that the winters here are short...like only about 2 months or so...
I also have herd Tn is a good area for outdoor growing but with winter coming up its a no go.... I was thinking to grow under/behind my bed in this hollow area of a nighstand type thing for the first couple months till they start gettin bigger...then move them to my window sill during the day, then store them back in my lil spot at night..I will eventually try to dina spot outside when it gets nice and hot..its my first grow so im planniong on just using some store soil, tomato ferts, and the pot...im trying to get some flouros for the lighting ucz thats basicly the opnly problem i have...Are there any flouros that could screw into a desk lamp or sumthing???any advice???

yea dude just get those new flouresant lights that screw in and there ya go. Walmart I believe sells them, they're what you call an energy efficient bulb. Don't use the regular ones that are called I believe incasment bulbs.
