Is Unity When Hanging Important?

Man, I forgot to ask one more question. As my Skunk plant has grown to almost 6 feet tall, is there a downside to cutting off the major branches and hang drying them or is it important to keep the whole plant together and just cut it at the base and hang it? It would, of course, be easier to cut it up a bit, but this is my first grow, so I don't want to degrade my bud more than necessary. Thanx

HIGH All, yes you can slowly cut branchs O.F.F.F. one at a time. It's what some do. Me the whole plant comes down so more can go in.

Thanks for the reply. Just wanted to check - is there any meaning to your using the "o.f.f.f." instead of off? I'm a newbie and not too bright - none of that fancy book learnin' and such, and I don't want to miss any of the nuggets of wisdom you're magnanimously willing to bestow.

Dont know about that, but you can take buds off your plant at any time without affecting the others. If you want a more heady high, you can harvest some of your plant earlier, and leave the rest to mature, or whatever you want to do.
