Point me in the direction to identify this Sativa (strawberry red hairs)

Now granted, i know its virtually impossible to identify a strain by a description, or even a picture for that matter these days with so many cross breeds, etc.
What im asking is, if someone can point me in the right direction to what I may have here.

The plant is a majority sativa for sure, very long and thin leaves, and a tall stretchy plant. Sweet, sweet smell, but most of all........the pistols are not white or yellowish like all my other strains....these are strawberry red with a little hue of purple, and they have not began to dry yet.

Can anyone point me toward some strains I can research so i can have an idea of the geneology of what i have my hands on.

Thanks

No, these plants were extremely easy to grow. They were some late seedlings I started. They were not put into their permanent home earth until the third week of June, and they still reached approx 4-4.5' tall with good yield. The plants were just quickly placed in a sugar beet field and only watered once mid summer.

I really see no other unusual tones or colors or traits other than the bright pink red hairs. No orange or rust like what you get when they begin to wilt near harvest.....im talking bright red/pink instead of white/yellow a few weeks before harvest with a very nice sweet smell.

Ive decided to clone a limb off the plant just because the buds are soo pretty. I guess im an all american herb grower

Got my red herb (this unknown sativa)
Got my blue mystic
Got my white widow

Still no help from anyone?

most MJ plants will change colour when grown in cooler temps, usually a blue/purple hue......but i guess it could go Red as well.................was it cold at night where you are?

Peace out.........Sid

The climate has been cooler at night lately, mid-low 40's. I can honestly say I think the color is a trait of the strain more than a reaction to climate.

I have white widow, blue mystic, bubblicious and durban poison all growing side by side with it and they all have matured with the typical white/yellow pistols while this has sprouted pink/red ones. Yes some of the leaves on some of the strains have exibited some color changes, hues of blue and purple. But in this case im mearly talking about buds and pistols.

Ive searched and there are a few sativa strains known for red hairs. One called "pinky hinky" and Some kind of skunk strain. Im going to harvest tonight so ill attempt to get some pics of it side by side a plant with normal colored pistols. Been 56 days since flowing

Thanks for all the help so far

hmmmm

You say the plant was grown in a beet Field. Well from experience in making pickled beets it usually turns water to a bright red. I believe we have all done the Red food dye in water experiment and let a piece of celery soak up all the color lol maybe that is what happened stupid idea but wouldnt it be nice if it was true lol..
