smoking and usage

I live in california, right now the weather is getting cold but I still want to grow some buds. I realy cant afford alot of lights and all that so i figure i'll try it outdoor. I'm germinating at this very momment. I'm starting with 2 bag seeds right now just to start. Anyway what should I do to start? How do I grow it? Where can I learn how to grow? Any help is awsome please reply or e-mail me at ixblindfaithxi@aol.com

is to late mate.. weather is changing, and is getting really windy.. it will be to much wind for the seedlings.. i suggest u wait untill next year... right u can look for growing spots in cali.. try to get 3 different growing locations...latezz..

heya,
I too am in the same situ as "blind faith" i'm a long time smoker but i fancy a go at diy style.

But i dont have the luxury of living somewhere warm like cali, i live in the UK (and i have a typical english attitude to horticulture... buy a pack of seeds, plant and they r on there own after that)

which follows on to my question, is it possible to just do that with bud? (sow & go)
obviously i would need a pretty hardy variety, any sujestions would be grateful
