Outdoors lets you take advantage of the sun, which is probably the best damn bang for your buck in terms of lighting

Also if the climate and location is right, you may not even need to water or maintain your plant as much as with an indoors one. Well tended outdoors plants can grow to ridiculous sizes.
Indoors is more secure for some people, and you do get more control over the grow (light periods, soil mix, ferts). This control can let you put several plants on a faster grow/harvest cycle since you're not waiting for seasons to change and the plant to flower on its own. Obviously you can also grow indoors in the dead of winter too
I guess if you were asking which weed tastes/smokes better, hey, IMO it varies. I won't open the indoors/outdoors taste can of worms -- had very good stuff from outdoors, good stuff from indoors. Maybe a bigger blade would have stronger opinions on the matter

(And the dry/cure process probably does more to make/break bud than just looking at it as "A grown inside, B grown outdoors").
