plant questions

i have this plant, instead of getting kinda bushy, it grew instead like a tiny tree. no branches, just a main stem and fan leaves with one bud in the armpits and a nice bud on top. and only like 2 ft tall. i was just wondering if there was a reason, other than strain, as to why it was like this? its supposed to be a northern lights cross.

could be the amount of light or if the medium you were growing in

hhm. it got only natural light from when it was a baby. and it was in pro mix...

how long did it get direct sunlight for?? should get a minimum of 8 hours

You're plants not big enough to start branching out. Next year start earlier.
