Drinking more H20 ?

I have noticed once my plants started to really flower they seem to be drinking more water. Is this normal? I went from watering 2 times per week to them needing 1g everyother day now. We had tons of rain the last 2 days and today they soil is dry and hell.

The roots are really growing also. I stick my finger down 2-3in and can feel a strong root ball.

Mine are doing the same, this is normal.

yes wen plants get bigger so do the roots and wen this happens more water will be used by the plant

Same here im having to water more than a gallon a day now for one plant.. Crazy..
