Earwigs?

Just had a nice drenching rain and while i was giving a little food i noticed 3 earwigs crawling around in the pot. 1. are these dangerous pests to us? 2. If so how bad? 3. If so can you recommend a solution? I have azamax but im only a few weeks from harvest so i MUST be careful with additives now..

Earwigs are carnivourous I dont't think they'll bother marijuana If anything they'll keep aphids away
