Cannabis-Outdoor Growing

Hey i live in Pa i started growing 4 of my plants in March. Theres one that is about 6 inches. The others are smaller, and when i was in the middle of growing them the bottom leaves are rottin n falling off, but not the ones da bud grows on. They are in regular dirt, or soil from the ground it is black. And when i started growing them the weather was straight, it was kinda warm it kept gettin cold. and then warm i thot that wuld effect my plants but it didnt. I live in an area where thers about 3 people around me, since i planted them outside in march it will be warm while its growing, so its spring now and its raining a lot i think the plants are okay..

Then i puit about 5 seeds close to each other around a bunch of plants.. theres poison ivy ground around them but about 1 foot away from the plants they are growing close to each other is that a problem or shuld i move them away from each other? .. Its like a bunch of little plants their about 3 inches. what do u think i shuld do?...

The Weather has been rainy sum days n warm da next, say about 55-80 degrees.. but mostly 60-80.. and i havent watered them yet, they look healthy, and growing fine.. but idk what to do when they start budding, i dont know how long i have to wait til they grow and bud, or what leaves i have to clip off and how many!!
And all im sayin is help..lol, now ive grown plants b4 but they got tooken by da police bcus i lvied in a city.. n it was about a foot, it was big as hell, and i thot it wuld start buddin soon but aftr a week it jus didnt bud n then the police took it

- see the plants here get alot of sun, definatly 8 hours, unless its gloomy and rainy... then their fine cus their getin water right?... But its still sunny parts of the day like in da mornings..and afternoons.

But more when i get some answers..on what to do!
