Helping a plant

The other day while out skating out my local spot i notice a very familiar plant growing in the side bushes, i hadnt even noticed the ganja plant growing all this time. Its around 2 ft high but has very droopy leaves, i was wondering if i could help this plant somehow recover from whats effected even though its not mine. I dont want to see a nice plant die. Basically it just has droopy leaves, and i was wondering if anyone new a way to replenish it somehow?

Lightbulb

if it's outside in general view, it may be suffering from slight overwatering, not much you can do, but hope for more sun.......but remember that someone probably planted it there, and they may be looking after it.........Peace out.......Sid

I must say- that's fucking good karma- saving someone's plant even you don't even know who they are. If I were them I would track you down for it and give you some of my harvest for such a kind act.

I went out to look at the plant two days ago but found it had dissapeared - so someone must have pulled it up, either police or someone from the public. I didnt think it would last that long round this area.
