i have never grown any lowryders but from what i understand there suppost to have 21 hours of light a day so i think that your yeild wont be much if there planted outside unless you plant about 50 of them..

I have seen other people's posted pictures of growing loryder in the UK outside. The plants did well and had good yields for the strain - over an ounce.

Re: Autoflowering strains yields outdoors?

I am an outdoor grower but have never bothered with these supposed ´autoflowering´ strains. MJ starts veg growth in March/April, and has finished in September/October, as far as I am concerned.
Why would I want to bother with some other strain that does something different and may give a mere ounce a plant - if you are lucky ?

well this being my first grow and I heard lowryder variations are pretty hard to screw up. Can anyone tell me if half OZ per plant is reasonable?

Re: Autoflowering strains yields outdoors?

I heard a guy on here made about 18-20 grams on his Auto AK outdoors. I was going to try an auto strain, but my seeds got nabbed by customs. I ordered from a different bank and got some better seeds/stains (non-autoflowering)...

Re: Autoflowering strains yields outdoors?

I don't know what an "autoflowering" plant is but that's an awful low expectation of yield for outdoor. My outdoor yield is usually 2+ pounds of bud per plant.

Sure. I have some pics posted in my gallery. Also, this year's crop is in the thread "MY LEGAL GARDEN-watch it grow" We just jared up 2.5 pounds from my single Hindu Kush plant. There is another QP of popcorn buds left on the plant to grow.

It is a good thing in a way. I ended up picking some much better seeds to replace the autoflowering strains that got nabbed.

Re: Autoflowering strains yields outdoors?

Autos are good for guerrilla grows as they have a fast finish time and keep about 12 inches tall. So hard to spot.

Re: Autoflowering strains yields outdoors?

I wanted to grow them because in my area I can tell there is less sunlight by the end of September. but if I can't even get a Half O than forget it.

Does anyone know if a regular strain can finish in my climate and around when should a plant.
