Is frost a threat
my plants have about 3 more weeks of flowering until harvest. The forcast shows that its possible that temps could reach 38 degrees on friday night. Could this be harmful to my plants. Any suggestions

No. i think youll be fine. Your hairs on the plant will turn purple/pink, but thats completly normal. (and it will look dank)
 BUT, how long will it be in the 30s. 30s are dangerous.
